Terms of Service
Last updated 29 July 2026
By using MehMoneh you agree to what follows. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.
The service
MehMoneh is a tool for recording income and expenses and planning how a month's income is divided. It is provided by MehMoneh.
This is not financial advice
MehMoneh records what you tell it and does arithmetic on it. It does not advise you, and nothing it displays is a recommendation. It is not a bank, a financial institution, a tax tool, or an accountant. Do not rely on it for tax filings, legal obligations, or any decision where being wrong matters — check the underlying figures yourself.
Your account
You need a Google account to sign in; the security of that account is your responsibility. One account per person. You must be at least 16.
Your data belongs to you
Your transactions and budget are yours. We claim no ownership of them and no right to use them beyond running the service for you. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other people's accounts or data, don't try to disrupt or overload the service, don't use it for anything unlawful, and don't automate access in a way that degrades it for others.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime. It is self-hosted on modest infrastructure and may be unavailable for maintenance, for a failure, or without warning. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose. Backups are taken, but they are a safeguard, not a promise.
Ending it
You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or withdraw the service entirely — if we shut it down, we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MehMoneh is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, including financial decisions made on the basis of what it displays, data loss, or unavailability. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
These terms may change. The date above changes with them, and we will say so in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
